Who we are
This is the official website of the Swansea Super League, provided and operated on the darts.pub platform. Questions about your data can be raised with your league administrator or via darts.pub.
Where your data is held
All data on this site is stored and processed by darts.pub. Your account and all league data (teams, fixtures, results and player statistics) are held in the darts.pub platform database on servers operated by darts.pub in the United Kingdom. Your account is a single darts.pub account and works across darts.pub sites, including darts.pub, mumblesdarts.co.uk and swanseasuperleague.co.uk.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and (optionally) mobile number, provided when you register or are added by a team captain.
- League data — the team you play for, match results and your playing figures (scores, darts thrown, legs, averages, checkouts).
- Technical data — sign-in cookies and logs needed to run the site securely (including a record of emails the site has sent you).
What is public
League tables, match results and player statistics are published on this website and may also be shown on darts.pub. Your name appears alongside your statistics. You can control how your name is shown to the public (initials, first name, or full name) from your profile once logged in; logged-in league members see full names.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: they keep you signed in and protect forms against misuse. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking.
Emails
The site sends transactional emails only — for example password resets and team invitations. We do not send marketing and we never share your email address.
Your rights
You can view and edit your details from your profile at any time. You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask for your account to be removed by contacting your league administrator. Where results and statistics form part of the official league record, we may keep the sporting record but will anonymise your name on request.
Retention
League records are kept for as long as the league operates, so that historical seasons, tables and records remain available. Accounts that are no longer used can be removed on request.
